I am recruiting for an Mechanical & Electrical contracting business based in the West Midlands seeking a Finance Manager

They seek a Finance Manager to manage all accounting and finance functions for the business

This Finance Manager must have worked within the Construction, Engineering and ideally the building services sector

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee purchase & sales ledgers, CIS and subcontractor invoices
• Manage credit control, applications for payment and retentions
• Complete bank, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliation's
• Prepare CIS, VAT and Reverse VAT/DRC returns
• Produce monthly cash flow and job costing analysis
• Prepare year-end accounts and support the annual audit
• Maintain strong financial controls and reporting
• Provide commercial and financial insight to the Managing Director
• Support and supervise the finance team

Whats on offer

£45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

This is a key role within an established and successful business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the finance function and work closely with senior management.
