Finance Manager

RECfinancial is exclusively partnering with a Rugby based business in the appointment of a new Finance Manager.

The role is based at an impressive office which is commutable from Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Daventry, Northampton and all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire.

Reporting to Senior Leadership,

this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function within a busy, project-led engineering environment.

This role requires a confident and personable finance professional with strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility across the business. You will act as a key representative of the finance function within operations and projects, providing commercial insight, influencing decision-making and constructively challenging where required.

Day to day responsibilities will include the production of monthly management accounting and post month end reporting, budgeting / forecasting, cashflow forecasting, overseeing a small team, proactive and reactive financial analysis.

The role has a good element of finance business partnering and will work with teams across the business to drive profitability and financial performance.

The ideal candidate for the role will be qualified in either the CIMA or ACCA qualification and likely be in a Management Accountant, Finance Business or Finance Manager type role.

The business would like to hire a candidate who has a passion for developing and improving processes and who takes a flexible approach to their work - no two weeks will be the same in this role.

The role has a salary range of between £52,000 and £62,000 plus a benefits package that includes a bonus
