Working Hours: 7:30am – 6:00pm

TAY Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join our client's project in Swindon, starting January 2027.

Working on behalf of the Principal Contractor,

you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and coordinating subcontractors to ensure the project runs smoothly and meets programme targets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations and Health & Safety.

Conduct daily site inductions.

Coordinate subcontractors to ensure programme targets are met.

Monitor site progress and maintain site standards.

Report directly to the Regional Contracts Manager.

Requirements

Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificates.

Strong H&S knowledge and subcontractor management experience.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
