Role Description & Overview
Top Flight Recruitment Ltd (trading as Uxbridge Employment Agency) is seeking a Sales Manager in Uxbridge for a hands-on leadership role. You will lead a small team of two Sales Advisors, coaching and developing them while personally involved in sales conversations.
This permanent, full-time position offers hybrid working (2 days from home) with a salary around £40,000 negotiable plus a bonus scheme. You will work with marketing to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
