Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the Role:
FinTech Horizon Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team in London. In this role,
you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust web applications that power our next-generation financial platform. You will work closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Salary and Benefits:
Base Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
(depending on experience)
Performance Bonus: Up to 10% annual bonus
Benefits: 28 days annual leave, private healthcare, company pension scheme, and flexible hybrid working options (2 days in the London office, 3 days remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React.Js and Node.Js.
Architect and implement efficient database schemas and RESTful APIs.
Mentor junior developers and participate in constructive code reviews.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.Js, and PostgreSQL.
Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Valid right to work in the United Kingdom
