Role Description & Overview
A Payroll & Pensions Manager is being recruited for an education organisation on a permanent basis.
This is a sole role & the role will report into the Finance Director.

As the Payroll & Pensions Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing an outsourced payroll. Ensuring all data is accurately sent across in a timely manner
- Administering all statutory deductions including SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP
- Administering company benefits schemes, including pension schemes, cycle to work, season ticket loans
- HMRC submissions
- All starter and leaver paperwork
- Collating information for P11Ds
- Performing payroll reconciliations
