My client is a well-established Design & Build MEP contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London and is looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.

This is a key role overseeing mechanical packages from pre-construction through to successful project completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team.

The Role

Lead mechanical projects from design through to completion

Manage projects, programmes, budgets and resources

Oversee mechanical design and coordination

Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams

Take responsibility for procurement and commercial performance

Manage variations, valuations and project costs

Liaise directly with clients, consultants and main contractors

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification

Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports

Manage commissioning, handover and close-out

About You

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager / Senior Mechanical Project Manager with:

Strong experience within Design & Build MEP

Proven background delivering commercial fit-out projects

Strong mechanical building services knowledge

Experience managing projects from design through to completion

Strong commercial and contractual awareness

Experience managing subcontractors and project teams

Excellent client-facing and communication skills

A track record of delivering projects successfully
