Commercial Conveyancer

As Commercial Conveyancer, lead and develop a conveyancing team while handling a focused portfolio of commercial property transactions. You will ensure accurate, timely completion and uphold high client service standards in a supportive, growth‑minded environment. • Provide leadership, supervision and coaching to junior fee earners
• Manage a reduced caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion
• Ensure transactions comply with legal standards and internal procedures
• Oversee quality assurance across the team and maintain high client service
• Identify training needs and promote CPD
• Support team members to achieve performance goals and departmental targets

• 5 years’ experience in handling commercial conveyancing matters (freehold and leasehold)
• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• Proven experience leading and motivating a team
• Strong commercial awareness and proactive problem solving
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
