Role Description & Overview
Advinia Health Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead our care teams in providing high-quality resident care and dignity. You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Manager to deliver hands-on support, administer medications, and develop care plans.
The role emphasizes supervision, mentoring colleagues, and adherence to CQC guidelines in a dynamic residential setting. NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent is required.
