Role Description & Overview
Welltower in the UK seeks a Care Quality Assessor to oversee quality and governance across the RIDEA portfolio with partner communities and operators. You will drive compliance with regulatory standards and continuous improvement to resident care.
The role combines in-person and remote monitoring, KPI and CQC data analysis, and quarterly governance discussions to address quality trends. Travel ~60% is expected to support operations and compliance.
