Health & Risk Consultant

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 25–30 clients, delivering strategic employee benefits advice with a focus on upselling value beyond renewals. You’ll work with experienced colleagues in a supportive, training-rich environment, primarily serving US-owned organisations. The position is fully remote with hybrid options and offers clear progression as the team grows. Your proactive mindset and relationship skills will be key to driving client outcomes in a fast-paced corporate setting.

• Manage a portfolio of 25–30 clients and serve as their employee benefits advisor
• Provide strategic guidance on Group Risk and Healthcare benefits
• Identify value-adding opportunities beyond annual renewals
• Collaborate with Consultants, Account Managers and SMEs to deliver client solutions
• Participate in a remote-first culture with options for hybrid work and in-person meetings as needed
• Support the team’s growth plans and contribute to mentoring/training initiatives

• Experience advising clients on Group Risk and Healthcare benefits
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Proactive, highly organized, and able to build strong client relationships
• Willingness to work remotely with occasional meetings within 2.5 hours of London
• Experience managing client portfolios is advantageous
