Role Description & Overview
The CFO role is to shape and support growth for a mid-sized FMCG player based in Italy, with international markets and exports. The role reports directly to the CEO and will drive the finance function across Controlling, Accounting, Treasury, and FP&A.
Key priorities include building a credible finance leadership team, implementing robust financial processes, and partnering with the CEO and shareholders to unlock value and support the growth story under a new CEO’s guidance.
