Designer - WW Jersey - ASOS Design

In this role you will design and develop elevated jersey product, translating trend concepts into a high-quality, accessible range. You’ll shape the visual direction for trend collections and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand Jersey offerings. You will stay ahead of street style and runway shifts to keep the jersey range competitive. This is a creative, fast-paced opportunity at ASOS, blending fashion sensibility with commercial impact.

• Own the aesthetic from concept to final sign-off, including mood boards and color palettes
• Infuse jersey expertise into collections: fabric sourcing, wash development, techniques, trims, and fit
• Research global trends to keep the jersey range ahead of competitors
• Collaborate with Buyers, Merchandisers, and Garment Technologists to realise vision with quality and pace
• Pitch concepts and ranges to senior stakeholders with clarity and passion

• 3+ years in jersey product design
• Understanding of jersey fabrics and garment construction
• Experience translating trends into jersey, including cross-category ideas
• Graphic and license product development experience (desirable)
• Commercial yet creative mindset
• Proficiency in Procreate, Photoshop, and AI digital design tools
