Technical Project Manager / IT Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure projects in the data center in Lappeenranta, Finland
• Resolve technical issues, perform risk management and maintain project documentation
• Communicate with stakeholders, lead meetings and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Participate in automation and process improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in data center operations with hands‑on hardware knowledge
• Understanding of design and operation of large‑scale data center environments
• Project delivery experience with strong problem‑solving skills
• Excellent documentation, organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to travel as required
• Bonus: knowledge of GPU technologies, project management frameworks and technical certifications
