Role Description & Overview

Tetra Pak in Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead field service operations and develop a team of approximately 10–12 engineers. You will ensure delivery of high-quality technical services to customers and drive customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with customers, planners, account managers and technical specialists to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence, while traveling within Belgium as needed.
