Role Description & Overview
De Mobiliteitsmakelaar zoekt een HR Manager die eindverantwoordelijk is voor payroll, HR-software en efficiënte HR-processen in de Kempense regio. Je stuurt de Payroll Officer aan, adviseert over sociaal-juridische vragen en bewaakt loonbeleid en personeelsplanning.
Je coördineert werving, onboarding en integratie, beheert LMS-opleidingslijnen en implementeert talentmanagement programma’s. Je bewaakt werknemerstevredenheid en rapporteert aan de directie.
