Senior Credit Controller

As part of our 2026 expansion, were on the lookout for a Senior Credit Controller to join our head office team! Credit Control: Chase outstanding debts, proactively contact customers to collect overdue payments, monitor aged debt, reconcile customer accounts, complete credit checks, set credit limits, allocate payments accurately, prepare regular aged debt and bad debt reports, and keep outstanding debt within agreed limits, highlighting concerns and establishing procedures to effectively manage debt levels. Client Invoicing and Finance Administration: Create permanent placement invoices and credit notes, manage client invoices related to payroll, handle neutral vendor clients and data validation, manage the process with our finance partner and address and resolve payroll queries and issues. Payroll Administration and Reporting: Manage and oversee weekly payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion. Process payroll figures and send them to key stakeholders, produce and maintain weekly digital payroll folders, manage cash advances and deductions, support our branches with payroll-related enquiries, update and maintain payroll figures for various reports and audits.
