Role Description & Overview
Ao Shearman in Belfast seeks a Tax Reserves Manager to join the Finance team. You will support the Head of International Tax in managing the global tax reserves for the partnership and liaise with partners and CFOs across regions.
You will set up reserves in GBP and other currencies, reconcile balances, and coordinate UK and international tax teams to produce a consolidated view. A strong General Ledger background and ACA or equivalent qualification are essential, with tax experience to Manager
