Role Description & Overview
Trial Balance Consulting have been exclusively engaged by a long-established Cornish business to recruit an experienced Finance Manager for a full-time, permanent role based at the head office in Redruth. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will run the day‑to‑day finance function, ensure accurate reporting and strong controls, oversee the team, and support strategic decision‑making.
This is a hands-on, senior role within a growing company.
