Are you an experienced SEND/MLD Teacher who enjoys adapting learning around individual pupils rather than delivering a one-size-fits-all curriculum?
We are is looking for a teacher who can bring strong differentiation, patience and SEND expertise into a small specialist SEMH setting supporting young people aged 11–16.

• QTS/QTLS and experience teaching within SEND or specialist education .
• MLD/SEN experience would be highly valuable.
• A teacher who understands that progress can look different for every pupil .
• Someone confident managing behaviour and maintaining a calm, consistent classroom.
