Responsibilities- Oversee commercial activities on multiple residential new-build projects from inception to completion
- Work within the commercial team and report to the Commercial Director
- 7–10+ years' experience with a top UK residential developer (permanent)
- Degree/masters in Quantity Surveying (essential)
- RICS membership desirable but not essential
- CIOB membership desirable but not essential
