Role Description & Overview
AP-HP recrute au Département d’Information Médicale (DIM) du GHU pour renforcer l’équipe TIM. Vous contribuerez à la production d’informations médicalisées exhaustives et conformes, basées sur les règles PMSI et les procédures institutionnelles.
Vous assurerez l’exhaustivité des données médicales, le codage CIM-10 et le lien avec les services cliniques, tout en participant à des formations et à l’amélioration continue de la qualité des données.
