The Role: Vehicle Technician

As a Vehicle Technician,

you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair work to the highest standards, ensuring vehicles remain safe, reliable and roadworthy.

Your responsibilities will include:

·Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs.

·Completing a variety of vehicle service operations efficiently and accurately.

·Applying your technical knowledge to identify and resolve vehicle faults.

·Ensuring all work meets relevant safety

requirements and manufacturer standards.

·Maintaining accurate records of work completed.

·Working to high standards of quality, productivity and efficiency.

·Supporting a positive workshop environment through teamwork and professional workmanship.

Skills and Qualifications Required

To be considered for this Vehicle Technician vacancy, you must have:

·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.

·At least two years' experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic within the automotive industry.

·Your own tools and toolbox.

·A full manual UK driving licence, subject to licence checks.

·The right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available.

A valid MOT Tester licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
