Director, Engagement Managers - UKI

In this role you lead a team of Engagement Managers delivering Workday solutions across the UK & Ireland, driving outstanding customer outcomes and adoption of AI within deployments. You partner with cross-functional teams to shape a superior customer experience and grow the business with new and existing customers. You guide AI-informed delivery and help teams navigate complex deployments with practical, creative solutions. • Lead and grow a high-performing Engagement Management team
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and measurable value from Workday deployments
• Identify and mitigate risks early across deployments and resolve them creatively
• Contribute to deployment best practices and enhancements to the Deployment Methodology
• Guide customers in adopting AI within Workday deployments
• Collaborate with services and sales teams to optimize customer experience and growth

• Experience managing project teams through large-scale SaaS implementations
• 7+ years leading and growing teams in professional services or delivery
• Background deploying Workday or comparable enterprise software with HCM/Financials experience
• Executive communication with senior stakeholders and 고객 executives
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts constructively
• Strong project management skills for multi-engagement delivery
• Interest or experience in AI tools and technology
• Willingness to travel across UK and Ireland
