Thisisahands-onrole.Youwillownthebacklog,runrefinementandbeinthedetaileveryday.Fortherightperson,itisthefoundationofaproductcareer:theteamwillgrowastheplatformdoes,andsowillyourscope.

• Ownandprioritisetheproductbacklog,balancingcustomervalue,commercialimpact,regulatoryneedandtechnicaleffort
• Leadbacklogrefinement,sprintplanningandsprintreviewswithengineeringanddesign
• Turncomplexideasintoclearuserflows,processmapsanddiagramsusingMiro,Confluenceandsimilartools
• Workwithcompliance,risk,operations,dealing,marketingandcustomerservicetocapturerequirementsearly
• Challengeassumptions,includingthoseofseniorleadership,usingcustomerinsight,dataandcommercialreasoning
• Useproductanalyticsandcustomerfeedbacktomeasurewhatweshipandshapewhatcomesnext
