Strategy Consultant (Germany)
Role Description & Overview
One of our top-tier consulting house clients is seeking experienced former consulting-house Consultants through to Engagement Managers for various upcoming engagements.
You will join high-performing consulting teams delivering critical strategic and operational projects for clients across Germany. Opportunities span due diligence, strategy, performance and cost optimisation, value creation and organisational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Own or support key client workstreams from analysis through to recommendations
- Conduct commercial, strategic and operational assessments
- Identify value creation, cost reduction and performance improvement opportunities
- Produce senior stakeholder-ready insights and deliverables
Requirements
- Background at a Tier 1 strategy or management consulting house (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
- Experience operating at Consultant, Senior Consultant, Project Leader/Manager or Engagement Manager level
- Relevant project experience across DD, strategy, value creation, performance improvement, cost optimisation or organisation
- German language capability required
