Role Description & Overview
bsport is hiring a customer support specialist in Barcelona. You will be the first contact for customers, addressing inquiries via chat and email, and guiding them to successful outcomes with empathy and clarity.
In a hybrid setup, you’ll collaborate with product and success teams to resolve issues, reduce friction, and improve our help center content for better self-service. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
