Role Description & Overview
Headstar is seeking a Finance Director for a c.£150m turnover multi-site distribution business in Leeds. The role will shape the next phase of growth, building on a strong finance function and embedding robust controls, standards and decision‑making across operations and procurement.
You will lead a matrix‑structured finance team, partner with operational and commercial leaders, and drive value creation through better working capital management and ERP system improvements (Dynamics 365 F&O).
