In this role, you will drive growth for Strategic Accounts within ABB Robotics, shaping and executing account plans to deliver value and profitable sales. You will lead a virtual, cross-regional team to win large, complex deals and build lasting partnerships with key stakeholders. The position sits at the intersection of sales strategy, portfolio knowledge, and customer value creation in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. • Grow top-line sales with assigned Strategic Accounts
• Develop, maintain, and expand the sales pipeline
• Represent Strategic Accounts to key decision makers
• Lead a virtual Sales/Sales Support team across multiple states/regions
• Create and execute detailed Account plans and objectives
• Build sponsorship maps to form long-term partnerships
• Drive early-stage engagement to influence automation-friendly specifications
• Manage multi-year, multi-location sales programs and projects
• Develop product portfolio knowledge and articulate customer value propositions (Robots, Accessories, Packages, Cells, turnkey systems)

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of commercial experience in Account Management and Key Account Management
• Experience handling complex DMUs within large global customer organizations
• Proven sales, problem resolution and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
