Role Description & Overview
Edenred SE recherche un Customer Success Manager pour un programme agile-at-scale ayant un fort impact sur le groupe Edenred, impliquant plus de 40 Business Units. Vous serez le point de contact principal pour les BU et contribuerez à l’adoption et à la valeur du E+ Platform.
Le poste nécessite au moins 5 ans d’expérience en gestion d’incidents et de problèmes SaaS, une maîtrise de Salesforce et Jira ainsi que d’excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais.
