Role Description & Overview
Onyx-Conseil recherche un responsable de pilotage des processus IT et gouvernance à Paris. Vous documentez, formalisez et maintenez les activités, procédures et supports des processus IT, et assurez leur communication auprès des parties prenantes.
Vous suivez la performance via des KPI, animez les revues de processus et coordonnez les interfaces entre processus, tout en contribuant à la planification PI de MyITS/ServiceNow et au reporting à la direction.
