Job ID: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant (m/f/d) with GermanWarsawProfessionalApplication deadline: Regular (Part Time Possible)T-Hub PolskaYour TaskProject Delivery & ConsultingParticipate in all project phases following the SAP Activate methodology (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy).Analyze existing payroll processes and define future-state solutions.Lead and facilitate workshops including process design, fit-gap analysis, and process re-design.Advise business stakeholders on the feasibility and implementation of payroll requirements.Implementation & ConfigurationConfigure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).Design and maintain payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll structures.Configure payroll-related backend settings.Support the implementation of legal and collective agreement requirements in payroll processes.Integration & Solution ArchitectureSupport integrations between: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll (master data replication), Time management systems (e.g., HYDRA, Time Tracking), Financial systems (SAP FI/CO)Ensure seamless end-to-end HR and payroll processes across the system landscape.Testing & EnablementPrepare and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Support parallel payroll runs and cutover activities.Deliver system demonstrations and user training sessions.Enable business users through knowledge transfer and best practices.Contribute to proposal preparation and solution design activities.Support customer presentations and product demonstrations.Create and deliver demo scenarios for prospective clients.Your ProfileMust-Have ExperienceSeveral years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).Proven experience in payroll implementation projects and/or payroll operations.Strong expertise in: Payroll customization (schemas, rules, wage types), Payroll process analysis and solution designGood understanding of German payroll regulations, including tax and social security requirements.Experience in HR transformation projects, particularly SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors migrations.Professional proficiency in German and EnglishNice to HaveExperience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.Knowledge of time management system integrations.Experience working with SAP Activate methodology.Background in workshop facilitation, testing activities, and business consulting.Experience with complex HR and payroll environments involving multiple legal entities or manufacturing organizations.Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking.Certifications (Preferred):SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Application Associate.SAP HCM Payroll (S/4HANA) Application Associate.Soft SkillsStrong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Structured and self-driven way of working.Ability to facilitate and moderate workshops.Hands-on mindset with a strong focus on delivery and execution.About UsT Hub Poland is a dynamic, forward-thinking division in T-Mobile Poland, where technology matters!
