Are you a passionate Maths Teacher looking for a new opportunity after half term?

Smile Education is working with a welcoming secondary school in Bromsgrove who are looking for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team after the October half-term break.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maths Teacher, or an ECT looking to gain further experience, to join a supportive department and make a real impact on students' mathematical understanding, confidence and achievement.

The Role

Teaching Mathematics across KS3 and KS4.

Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured and challenging lessons.

Developing students' mathematical skills, problem-solving abilities and confidence.

Supporting students with different abilities and learning needs.

Maintaining positive behaviour and a productive classroom environment.

Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.

Working collaboratively with the wider Maths department to support student achievement.We're Looking For

QTS or a relevant teaching qualification.

Experience teaching Maths at secondary level.

Strong subject knowledge and confidence delivering the secondary Maths curriculum.

Excellent classroom management skills.

An enthusiastic, engaging and supportive approach to teaching.
