Role Description & Overview
It is essential you have knowledge / experience of processing flexible benefits and have a good understanding of payroll legislation for this role.
As a Senior Payroll Officer, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Payroll Reconciliations
Processing flexible benefits
General payroll legislation knowledge
Salary sacrifice arrangements
SSP, SMP, SPP
Processing auto enrolment pensions
Additional adhoc payroll responsibilities
As a Senior Payroll Officer, you will receive the following company benefits:
