Peaksys au sein du groupe Cdiscount accompagne les produits de C-Logistics. Vous rejoindrez l'équipe Design et travaillerez en binôme avec notre Product & Service Designer sur les problématiques logistiques, en visio ou en entrepôt.
Vos missions incluent cadrer les études de user research, mener entretiens et observations terrain, analyser les informations et produire des résultats exploitables par les équipes Produit, Design et Tech, animer des ateliers et modéliser flux et parcours
