CROSS SOLUTIONS, part of a pan-European tech group, is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to define the product vision and build a sustainable roadmap for CRM and AI-powered capabilities. You will gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and collaborate with Tech Leads and other Product Owners to align priorities, delivering measurable value and user adoption.
We offer autonomy and a 4-day week, with total compensation listed between €39,000 and €54,000, plus performance-based bonus.
