Role Description & Overview

Clarios is seeking a Plant HR Manager to lead HR for two manufacturing sites in Spain (Guardamar del Segura and Ibi). You will act as strategic advisor to local leadership, shape organizational effectiveness, and drive employee engagement for ~550 employees across sites.You will be responsible for HR processes, payroll governance, compliance, talent development and labor relations, partnering with Works Councils and senior management to implement an ambitious HR agenda.
