Accounts Manager (V-940G37) Tipperary, Republic of Ireland

Salary: EUR40000 - EUR52000 per annum + Negotiable

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their established office team close to Birdhill, Tipperary. This is a varied role covering the day-to-day accounts function, including weekly payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations and month-end procedures. You will also liaise with the company’s external accountants and support the smooth running of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weekly payroll processing
• Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparation of statutory returns
• Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting
• Liaising with external/third-party accountants
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• General accounts administration and support as required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar accounts/finance administration role
• Strong practical accounts and payroll experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently while also being part of an established team
• Good IT and accounting systems experience
• A professional and approachable manner

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a varied role within an established office environment. There is also the potential to work one day from home once fully established in the role .
