At SD Worx, we’re expanding our SAP practice and are looking for a Senior SAP HCM / ECP Consultant – Nordics Payroll to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience or a strong interest in SAP HCM Payroll, SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) on S/4HANA, and Nordics/Finnish Payroll processes and legislation.

What we're looking for: If you're eager to develop your expertise in Netherlands Payroll while working with cutting‑edge SAP HR and Payroll technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

• As part of our team, you will work with international clients, helping them optimise and transform their HR and payroll processes through SAP solutions.

• You will collaborate with experienced consultants and participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, implementation, and post‑go‑live support.

• Experience with Nordics Payroll at least 5 years

• Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Professional proficiency in English

• Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll Control Center (PCC) SAP Time Management SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certifications
