• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce
• Build and maintain integrations with third‑party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Architect scalable, performant Salesforce solutions following best practices
• Collaborate with analysts, admins, and stakeholders to translate requirements
• Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and mentor juniors
• Refactor and optimize legacy code for better performance and UX
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage with Apex tests
• Participate in CI/CD, Git versioning, and deployment automation
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features
• Contribute to sandbox management and release planning
• 3-5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, and declarative automation tools
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) and integration patterns
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and good software development practices
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling (custom objects, relationships, sharing rules, security)
• Proven ability to write efficient, well‑tested code with strong unit test coverage
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
