NOVUM recrute un Référent Technique itinérant France H/F pour structurer l'accompagnement auprès des clients. Rattaché au Responsable Service Client basé en Irlande, vous représentez l’entreprise auprès de ses clients et de son réseau de prestataires, avec une forte autonomie et un périmètre évolutif.
Vous coordonnez les interventions, assurez le reporting et contribuez à l'amélioration des procédures. CDI, déplacement régulier en France depuis l'Ile-de-France, véhicule de service offert,
