We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team and manage the Italian market's entire billing cycle.

Задачи:

Manage the complete monthly billing cycle: pre-billing, adjustments and close.

Manage an assigned customer portfolio.

Resolve billing issues by identifying their root causes and coordinating with the Technology, Transport and Operations teams until the issue is resolved in a scalable way.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Success and Tech teams to ensure an accurate flow of information.

Analyze issues and trends in the assigned portfolio, identifying patterns, key indicators and opportunities for improvement to reduce errors and speed up problem resolution.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization and process optimization.

Требования:

Native Italian.

Previous experience in billing, controlling, finance or similar roles.

Experience working with structured financial processes and incident management.

Knowledge of NetSuite and Zendesk.

Proficiency in Excel.

Analytical, methodical and oriented toward continuous improvement.

Proactive, resourceful and organized.
