Role Description & Overview
Payflip BV is hiring its first in-house Legal Lead to own all product- and client-related HR legal questions in Belgium. You will collaborate with sales, success, and product teams and shape legal strategy from day one, including building an AI-powered internal knowledge base and guiding external counsel.
You will ensure clear risk assessments, translate law into actionable steps for clients, and drive pragmatic decisions that support Payflip’s salary super app vision.
