Role Description & Overview
Oculus Legal Group is seeking a Conveyancing Post-Completion Assistant to join its Residential Property team in Ipswich. The role supports post-completion processes, ensuring registrations, submissions, and admin tasks are completed accurately and on time.
With prior conveyancing experience, you will handle Land Registry applications, SDLT returns, and liaise with clients, lenders and HM Land Registry to push transactions to completion.
