Role Description & Overview
Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking an Outreach Worker to support people experiencing homelessness and substance misuse across London. This role is fully remote and community-based with travel to all 33 boroughs and collaboration with multi‑agency partners.
You will build relationships, support access to treatment services, and use motivational interviewing and trauma‑informed approaches while managing caseloads and completing assessments from a flexible home setting.
