Role Description & Overview
Valsoft Corporation seeks a highly skilled Tax Manager to lead European tax matters for the Helios / Tessera portfolio across UK, NL, DE, FR, BE, IT and CH. You will report to the Head of Finance and collaborate with portfolio CEOs and finance managers.
Responsibilities include tax provision work, compliance, transfer pricing, and due diligence for M&A, coordinating with HQ tax and external advisors.
