Role Description & Overview
National Care Group is recruiting for a Support Worker to join our Cornerstones Palmarium team in Calne. You will support young adults with learning disabilities and autism to develop daily living skills, engage with the local community and maintain their independence in a person-centred way.
You will build meaningful relationships, plan activities, assist with personal care and daily tasks, and contribute to a welcoming, supportive environment.
