Role Description & Overview
Mercor is seeking an AI Safety Practitioner for a remote contract role. You will evaluate AI-generated responses for safety, factual accuracy, policy compliance, and quality, covering misinformation, political persuasion, self-harm, violence, and other sensitive domains.
Responsibilities include applying evaluation rubrics for RLHF, SFT, and AI safety benchmarking; identifying unsafe outputs and policy violations; and providing structured feedback to improve model alignment.
