Role Description & Overview
Mentmore Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Interim HR Manager in Telford for 9 months on a hybrid basis, with a day rate up to £2,245 and ASAP start. You will own the UK people agenda, lead onboarding improvements, and support an overseas HR team while guiding managers through performance and policy changes.
The role requires CIPD Level 4+, SME generalist experience, strong UK employment law knowledge, and proficient HRIS management. This is a standalone, hands-on appointment with autonomy.
