Role Description & Overview
ZimVie is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Italian team within our global life sciences company. You will manage HR from hire to retire, onboard new staff, coordinate training, payroll with outside providers, and ensure compliance with Italian labor law.
Work is hybrid (2 days remote) with a one-year contract and a competitive compensation package. Fluent Italian and English, 3–5 years HR experience, and a degree in HR or related field are required.
